Activity is not possible to transfer shares accordingly. Price for completion of the course is Eur 0 / free trade, 7,50 euros / bound trade or craft.
The price for the sale of the company is included except with business partner and the possibility to change the business name, registered office or appoint a proxy and under.
Headquarters ready made company can be left to one of our address, or you can choose from our other offers or your own.
The price for renting mailing address, as found in the current price list. Minimum rental period is one year.
Any changes you notify me in addition to the commercial register of the Licensing and Tax Office.
The companies we can provide registration for VAT - value added tax. This takes place after making changes to the OR and the necessary documents, the first economic activity contracts, invoices, etc.. To register for VAT it is best to retain the existing address for the sake of belonging to the Tax Office.
To effect the transfer of the necessary participation of all the new members, new officers and procurators if new. The meeting should bring an identity document (ID card or passport).
The new managers for foreign citizens we need criminal record, where the manager citizens translated into Slovak.
Executives may only be natural persons and citizens of the Slovak Republic or citizens of EU or OECD countries. People from other countries can be a manager if they are permanent or temporary residence in the Slovak Republic. If that does not meet this requirement can not be a manager.
Requirements for shareholders is minimal. Shareholders may be natural or legal person from any country in the world. Limited Liability Company may be established by at least 1 and up to 50 members.
