The procedure for setting up a company s.r.o. is as follows:

Executives may only be natural persons and citizens of the Slovak Republic or citizens of EU or OECD countries. People from other countries can be a manager if they are permanent or temporary residence in the Slovak Republic. If that does not meet this requirement can not be a manager.

Business Name
Company name can contain any characters and words, but the name must be unique, can not be identical to the name of an existing company. Company name must include the designation "limited company", suffice abbreviation "spol. s r.o." or "s.r.o.".
